All eligible items purchased from the Online Store can be returned for exchange or refund upon request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return process can be initiated via our website (using our “Return Request” form and your original Order Number) and must be submitted within 14 days of the item delivery date unless noted otherwise.
Item(s) can be exchanged for other online product(s) of equal or lesser value and will be processed at no additional cost to the customer. If a requested exchange is not available, a refund will be provided less any shipping fees.
Refunds, if applicable, will be provided in the form of monies returned to original payment method, less any shipping fees; or customers will have the option to receive a store credit in the form of an e-gift card to be used at their convenience.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we will move forward with your selected exchange/refund method, i.e., we will ship your requested exchange item to the address we have on file; or your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days; or a credit will be applied to an e-gift card.
If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us via the Return Request form and we will be happy to discuss potential replacement options.
